Established for more than 20 years, Paul McGowan Grab Hire Limited is one of the biggest privately-owned Specialist Grab, Flatbed and Tipper operators in the Midlands.
 

The company’s modern fleet of over 90 specialist vehicles consist mainly of 32-ton Grab & Tipper Lorries, 32&26-Ton Craned Flatbed & Cheese-Wedge Lorries and Road Sweepers.
 

In addition to our core activities of grab, tipper and craned plant trucks, we provide a full range of services to the construction and utility industry from straight haulage contracts to full inclusive muck away. We also provide a materials provision service and a full back filling service with all materials, labour and plant supplied.
 

Having worked with most of the major blue-chip construction and utility companies throughout the country over 25 years, the company is well versed in adhering to high standard of safety compliance and quality. We operate strictly with fully certified and trained operators and we are proudly accredited to the highest of standards of FORS Gold, ISO9001,14001 & 45001 & Achilles UVDB accreditation. We are also proud members of CLOCs & Construction Line.
 

The business founder and managing director Paul McGowan is the driving force behind the business, building strong relations with clients and suppliers alike. His hands-on approach ensures customer service remains one of the business’ key drivers.
 

The company maintains and services its fleet in its purpose built and well-equipped work shop in Birmingham. Where possible, everything is kept in house to ensure that the high standards set by the Managing Director are consistently achieved.
